#nano2016 – Day 6. I’ll Catch Up, Eventually

Day 6 – it’s currently 7pm, and I’m having a crap few days, writing wise. My word count for day 4 was 493, and my word count for day 5 was 1,439. Both days, I wrote during the day, but was then dragged out to be sociable. Myself and the other half went out drinking on day 4, and then he and the kids made me go to a friend’s house on day 5 to watch fireworks and have a bonfire. I enjoyed myself, but I could have done with pushing myself and writing more.

Today’s word count: 1,131 (so far) – total for NaNo – 7,404.

Story word count: 31,550 – I’d love to add more over the course of the evening, so hopefully this total word count will go up.

Now I need to have some food, and try to write more.

Tomorrow will be a low count day too. I have to go take part in a workshop at my son’s school, go shopping for something to wear tomorrow night (Himself is making me go out and be sociable), before going out. I hope I can squeeze a couple of hours in before we go. Finger’s crossed.
